German Centre for Individual Prevention and Performance Enhancement (DZIP)

The German Centre for Personalized Prevention and Optimization (DZIP) takes care of people with complex health complaints and all others who would like to take prevention about their wellbeing for a long term. In Cooperation with the Kastens Hotel Luisenhof the DZIP accomplished in a door to door policy, special check-up examination either as an outpatient or to receive treatment over several days in DZIP. Providing strict observation of privacy the center provides diagnostics and treatment of different problems,for example: exhaustion, stress related diseases like burnout , disorder in metabolism or the immune system. DZIP offers as well treatments for the regeneration after a serious illness or after surgery.

Individual preventive healthcare starts with the knowledge about individual biochemistry connections and external influences. Every human being is special as its fingerprint. This reflects in a unique therapeutic approach, that is why the DZIP is a leading provider in personalized medicine in this area. The guests will profit from more than 25 years of experience and knowledge, where the team is using the very specific integrative approach realizing a functional detailed view from biological systems. Under the name of ‘THE KRAUSE’ the DZIP offers his customers the possibility of taking care even if they have a great distance to travel or have to cross borders. In order to provide this service THE KRAUSE has developed a personalized Health care system and cares for their customers via telephone, e-mail, skype and face to face contact.

Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (faculty of medicine)

The Hannover Medical School campus covers an area larger than 50 football fields – more than 400,000 square metres – bordering on Karl-Wiechert-Allee in the district of Gross-Buchholz. Here, the Central Clinic is surrounded by the Clinic for Paediatrics, the Gynaecology and Obstetrics, the transplantation research center – the so called Hans Borst Center for Heart and Stem Cell Research – further research laboratories, lecture theatres, the library, the Center of non medical health care schools, administration buildings as well as residences and recreational facilities. Two clinics are located at other locations in Hannover: the Clinic for Orthopaedic Surgery (in the Annastift Hospital) and the Clinic for Dermatology, Allergology and Venerology (at the moment still in Hannover-Linden).

INI - International Neuroscience Institute

What we treat:

• Diseases of peripheral nerves (tumors, plexus paresis, nerve trauma)
• A special emphasis of the INI is the interdisciplinary, surgical and interventional radiological treatment of vascular malformations and tumors of the nervous system. Depending on their individual needs patients can receive radiotherapy (e.g. gamma-knife) as their sole treatment or as a part of their overall treatment plan.
